Summary of "If Black English Isn't a Language, Then Tell Me, What Is?"

     The argument about black English is always exist through the American history, but it supposed not being a problem at all. People never recognize black English as a language. People develop a language to describe and control their circumstances, or not to be inundated by reality that they cannot describe. Join all the languages, all the men is a necessary thing. Language is also a political instrument that with power, and it is a way to identity people. Today's controversies are rooted in American history. Black diaspora cannot talk to each other because they were from different tribes, and chattel slavery. These conditions caused form of black English. Black people have mighty achievement, but this cannot prove black English is a language. White people are not interest in educating black people, and the country is make black people down at this point.
